The Audubon community is a true rarity as it is the only neighborhood to be positioned among four of the best beaches in Southwest Florida; specifically, the Collier County beaches of Vanderbilt, Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs. Audubon itself in a charming neighborhood comprised by approximately 400 single-family homes set among more than 755 acres. This terrain is complemented with lakes and nature preserves; in fact, more than half of the acreage has been left intact in its natural state of rustic splendor.
Residents of Audubon can indulge in a variety recreational amenities. For golfers, there’s the Joe Lee Signature, 18-hole golf course which has been recently renovated. Five sets of tees caters to all skill levels. The course is complemented with driving range as well as practice putting & chipping area.
Additional amenities include tennis ( there’s eight Har-Tru tennis courts), plus two lakeside regulation croquet courts, a bocce ball court and an olympic-size swimming pool which is very inviting on a hot SWFL afternoon.
